What is aerial arts?

Aerial arts are movement and performance using apparatuses like silks, hammock, lyra (hoop), and trapeze. Yes, beginners can absolutely try it!

Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors guide you step by step.

For aerial: fitted, stretchy clothing that covers knees and underarms. Avoid zippers, buttons, or jewelry.

How do I sign up?

We offer $10 first class, $25 unlimited week, punch cards, memberships, and family packages. See our Pricing & Memberships page for details.

Yes. Work 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 with a NASM-certified trainer, aerial instructor, or fire arts instructor.

What if I have an injury or special need?
We provide modifications and support for all bodies. Just let your instructor know.

Yes! Many students join for fitness, creativity, or stress relief—no performance pressure.

Do you offer kids’ or family classes?

Yes. Families are welcome, and minors can participate with guardian consent.

Yes. We provide packages for families who want to train together.

What about safety?

We inspect equipment regularly, keep the studio clean, and teach safe techniques. Certified instructors lead every class.

Yes. All aerial apparatuses and fitness equipment are provided and maintained for safety.

Our aerial rigging and apparatuses are professionally rated, load tested and regularly inspected for safety.

The weight limits for our current equipment is as follows:

  • Trapeze – 500lbs
  • Silks and Hammock/Slings – 330lbs
  • Lyra – 265 to 375lbs
